Youth For a Safer City
Akshara Centre is an NGO that does substantial work on campaigns and programs that help in making public spaces safe from sexual harassment. This animated video was created not only to showcase common safety issues faced by urban women in their daily commute, but also showcase how the youth can come together and be a force for change. The purpose of the video is awareness and it is meant to be shared with college students as part of workshops conducted to teach them about carrying safety audits of public spaces like roads, markets, bus-stops, stations etc.
