COVID-19 IMPACT INEQUALITY
India’s Constitution declares everyone equal and proudly asserts that all citizens have equal rights. The COVID-19 pandemic has, however, magnified inequalities in the Indian society highlighting the additional vulnerabilities of the majority of India’s citizens. India’s millions deserve a more holistic and inclusive COVID-19 recovery package with entitlements and social security measures which would last even beyond the pandemic. It is with this thought that OXFAM, India and Kaboom Agency approached us to create an animated video to propagate social change. This video was an enjoyable collaboration between animation director and old friend and ex-partner Snigdha Rao and our creative director Rituparna Sarkar.
